Why I Do This Work

Like many of the women I support, I’ve navigated seasons of change that reshaped my identity — personal transitions, professional shifts, emotional overwhelm, and moments where the path forward felt unclear.

What I learned through those experiences — and through years of work in counseling, education, and social-emotional development — is that most transitions aren’t just about what is changing.

They’re about who we are becoming in the process.

And when that identity work is unsupported, women often:

  • Second-guess themselves

  • Feel emotionally dysregulated or stuck

  • Lose confidence in their inner voice

  • Try to “push through” instead of pausing to recalibrate

That’s where I come in.
